I have these pigeons since 2005 and I could not imagine the things
that these wonderful birds can do when
flying.
I bought these pigeons from a bird
dealer. He have the parents of my foundation
birds for several years now; But they are
living in a free open loft, without any
trainning at all.
The man said that they
came from the U.K. but he could not tell me
exactly, what bloodlines they have.
In my
opinion, they are a from an old cross
between a
Birmingham
Roller and a
Flying Oriental Roller.
Some of my birds have more then 14 tail
feathers(till 16), some of them also have
Droopy Wings. When flying they do
plate-rolls and dont fly as compact as a
Birm's Kit formation.
They have a fast roll,
but not so deep as the Birmingham. They are from the size of a normal
Birmingham Roller. White Pearl eyes;
In
colors of White Mottle and
WhiteSider's(white Shield).
I decided to call them
High Flying
Rollers.
